Alice is a life coach who is passionate about
helping people create a life by design. She specializes in time management, energy management and productivity. She is originally from the UK (although is half Japanese) but currently a digital nomad travelling and taking her business with her. She used to be a perfectionist and people pleaser, trying to take on everything and playing superwoman, but this led to compromising her health and wellbeing (mentally and physically) which led to severe burnt out in 2019.

This was a turning point in her life though as it helped her create her unique approach to time management. Now, she takes a holistic approach to time management, incorporating energy management, mindset, and neuroscience to help people create a life by design, not by default. Alice is here to empower you with your time management, and she is excited to share her expertise with you.

Meet Your Host

Hey Crafters! I'm Erin Clay, and I help DIY Crafters turn their hobby into a profitable business.

I started embroidering and sewing when I was 17. I worked at an embroidery shop until it closed. I continued to sew as a hobby and dreamed of having my own embroidery machine. It took several years, but in 2014 I purchased an embroidery machine. I’ve been creating and embroidering since.

In 2018 I started a blog about my hometown and learned how to run a business. The blog gave me opportunities to meet some fantastic people. I also worked with people on this journey to help them start their own businesses. I took the strategies I used to help them create their business and developed an online course that helps people start their businesses. I have worked hundreds people to start their businesses.
